Review & Monitoring
During the Leadership program there is constant monitoring on the progress of participants. At the end of the program there is an End Review to check the status on their predetermined development priorities.
Intervention Sessions
After each training or coaching program we have several intervention sessions. This is done to help the participants to stay on track of their development priorities.
